Accrington shows unity as pubgoers 'embrace Muslim community' as counter-protest marches through town

Pubgoers in Accrington have been pictured "embracing" members of the Muslim community in a show of unity during a counter-protest march through Accrington. Dozens of people defiantly took to the streets tonight (August 7) as earlier reports of a planned 'far-right' protest failed to materialise.
