O'Neil, of Portree Crescent, Blackburn, and Bolton, of Corporation Street, Accrington, are alleged to conspired with another man to steal a car from a man in Bolton between February and July. They will next be in court on August 18, 2025 for a pre-trial review, ahead of a four-day trial on October 13, 2025.
