Police descended on Jacob Street in the early hours of the morning. Police patrols are being stepped up in the area and anyone with further information has been asked to get in touch with officers. A police spokesperson said: “58 cannabis plants were found in a property on Jacob Street, Accrington in the early hours of this morning.
